Privacy Policy

Precision AI Systems is operated by Steven Robertson, sole proprietor. This Policy applies to the Precision AI Systems public website. It does not govern a separately contracted AI system or consulting engagement, which may be subject to a separate agreement, statement of work, data-processing terms, or service-specific notice.

The AI Systems Evaluation form sends an accepted request to an authorized Airtable workspace so Precision AI Systems can review and respond to the inquiry. The submission may include the business contact, workflow, source, referrer, and UTM information described below.

An operational email notification may alert authorized Precision AI Systems personnel that a request was received. Submission does not enroll the requester in an unrelated marketing list.

With your permission, the website uses Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to understand page use, navigation, and whether the Evaluation form starts, succeeds, or reports an error. Analytics is off unless you select “Accept analytics.” Advertising tags, session replay, and advertising personalization are not enabled.

Analytics events do not include form-field values, names, email addresses, firm names, workflow descriptions, or submission identifiers. Google may process device, browser, network, page, timing, and interaction information when analytics is enabled. Google’s processing is governed by its own terms and privacy practices. Your choice is stored in your browser using local storage under the key “pais-analytics-consent.” You can change or withdraw that choice at any time through “Analytics preferences” in the website footer. Declining analytics does not prevent access to the website or Evaluation form.

Depending on the website functionality available, you may choose to provide general business contact and operational information such as:

• Your name, business email address, firm name, and website.
• Your industry, role, team size, systems, and tools.
• General workflow bottlenecks, constraints, timing, and desired operating state.
• Other optional business context you choose to provide.

The website, ordinary email, telephone messages, and the Evaluation form are not protected channels for confidential client information, privileged material, passwords, financial-account credentials, sensitive case information, sensitive customer information, or other regulated or highly sensitive records.

Describe operational issues at a general business-process level. Do not identify a client, disclose protected facts, or provide access credentials through these channels.

When you request the website, hosting and infrastructure providers may process limited request, device, browser, network, timing, error, and security information needed to deliver, secure, diagnose, and operate the service. The website is hosted by Vercel.

The connected Evaluation workflow uses a server-side website endpoint, Airtable storage, and an operational email notification to authorized Precision AI Systems personnel.

Accepted production requests may be used to:

• Understand a firm's workflow, needs, systems, and constraints.
• Assess whether an Evaluation or another next step is appropriate.
• Respond to and coordinate operational follow-up about the request.
• Maintain reasonable inquiry records and protect the workflow from abuse.

A submission authorizes operational follow-up about that request. It does not automatically enroll the submitter in an unrelated newsletter or marketing-nurture sequence. Unrelated marketing would require a separate opt-in when required or adopted as policy.

We use providers to host and operate the website and support the Evaluation workflow. Vercel provides website hosting. Airtable stores accepted Evaluation submissions. Google provides optional Analytics and Tag Manager services after analytics consent. Email infrastructure may deliver operational Evaluation notifications to authorized personnel.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law or enforceable legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or support a business transaction subject to appropriate review and safeguards.

Accepted Evaluation requests may be retained for up to 24 months. Information may be retained longer when an active business relationship, legal obligation, dispute, security investigation, recordkeeping need, or legal hold supports it. When information is no longer reasonably needed, it should be deleted or de-identified under the adopted operating process.

To ask about information associated with an Evaluation request, request deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email info@precisionaisystems.com. We may need to verify identity and authority before acting. Rights and exceptions vary by location and applicable law.

Website systems and any future production workflow should use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and implemented systems. Access to future accepted requests should be limited to authorized personnel involved in evaluation or follow-up.

No Internet transmission, storage system, or security control can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Avoid submitting information that requires a specially protected channel.

Third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not make Precision AI Systems responsible for their independent operation, availability, security, or data practices.

This business website is directed to professional-service organizations, not children, and we do not intend to solicit sensitive information from children through an Evaluation request.

The website is operated from the United States. Infrastructure and future providers may process information in locations determined by their configurations and agreements. We do not make a representation about regional data residency or a particular international transfer mechanism.

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the website, Evaluation workflow, providers, business practices, or legal requirements. The current version will display its last-updated date.

Privacy questions may be directed to Precision AI Systems, operated from Kent, Washington. A private residential address is not published on this website.
