Website terms

Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to and use of the Precision AI Systems public website. They do not replace the terms of a separately signed customer or consulting agreement.

Effective date: 2026-09-06

Version: PAIS-TERMS-1.0

Acceptance and scope

Precision AI Systems is operated by Steven Robertson, sole proprietor. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

These Terms do not govern a separately contracted AI system, implementation, consulting engagement, subscription, or other customer service unless a signed agreement expressly incorporates them. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms concerning a contracted service, the signed agreement controls to the extent of that conflict.

Website purpose and informational use

The website provides general business and educational information about AI-enabled reception, intake, workflow, operational coordination, and related services for professional-service organizations. It is not a substitute for evaluating a particular firm's facts, systems, professional duties, risks, or legal requirements.

Professional advice and human responsibility

The website does not provide legal, accounting, tax, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice. Legal advice, case acceptance, conflict decisions, tax positions, accounting judgments, financial decisions, and other consequential professional determinations must remain with appropriately qualified and authorized human professionals.

Website content, sample workflows, diagrams, examples, and Evaluation discussions should not be treated as a professional opinion for a particular client, matter, filing, transaction, or decision.

No relationship created by website use

Visiting the website, sending an email, calling the listed telephone number, or using the AI Systems Evaluation form does not by itself create a customer, client, consulting, agency, fiduciary, professional, confidentiality, privilege, or contractual relationship. An engagement exists only when the relevant parties separately agree in writing to its scope and terms.

AI and automation limitations

AI and automation systems can produce incorrect, incomplete, inconsistent, delayed, or unexpected results. Appropriate implementation requires defined information and action boundaries, validation, escalation paths, testing, recovery behavior, and human oversight proportionate to the workflow and its consequences.

Consequential or professional-judgment-dependent decisions should not be delegated to an automated system without appropriate qualified human oversight. Examples and descriptions do not establish that a system is suitable or lawful for a particular use.

No guarantee of results or compatibility

We do not guarantee financial, operational, revenue, staffing, efficiency, conversion, cost-saving, response-time, compliance, or other outcomes from website use, an Evaluation, or a possible AI or automation implementation.

Compatibility and capability claims concerning a telephone system, calendar, CRM, case-management platform, accounting system, database, workflow tool, or other service depend on evaluation and validation of the specific implementation, permissions, provider terms, and constraints.

AI Systems Evaluation boundaries

An Evaluation request supplies general business and workflow context so Precision AI Systems can assess an inquiry and determine appropriate follow-up. It does not guarantee eligibility, acceptance, a meeting, a proposal, a solution, or a response within a particular period.

The current Evaluation form does not transmit or save information. It must not be treated as a completed request until a production workflow is implemented and the website confirms actual acceptance.

Acceptable use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Violate applicable law, another person's rights, privacy, or confidentiality.
  • Disrupt, overload, impair, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to the website or related systems.
  • Bypass security, rate-limiting, access-control, or abuse-prevention measures.
  • Introduce malware, malicious code, automated abuse, or harmful payloads.
  • Impersonate another person, misrepresent authority, or submit information you lack authority to provide.
  • Use website content or functionality to facilitate fraud, infringement, harm, or malicious activity.

Reasonable public indexing and ordinary browser access are not prohibited when consistent with published technical controls and law.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, original website copy, branding, design, graphics, diagrams, organization, and proprietary Precision AI Systems materials are owned by Precision AI Systems, its legal operator, or used under license from the applicable owner.

You may use publicly available materials for ordinary internal business evaluation and informational purposes. No ownership is transferred, and protected materials may not be republished, sold, sublicensed, or commercially exploited except as allowed by law or written permission.

Third-party links and services

Independently operated websites, platforms, integrations, software, and services have their own terms, policies, availability, functionality, and security practices. A link or reference does not promise support, compatibility, sponsorship, or endorsement.

Website warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its informational materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Precision AI Systems and its legal operator disclaim warranties concerning the website and informational materials, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, obligation, right, or remedy that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Precision AI Systems, its legal operator, and their personnel and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising from or related to use of, or inability to use, the public website or its informational materials, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, data, or goodwill.

This provision does not create a monetary liability cap, govern a separately signed customer agreement, or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Restriction or suspension of access

We may restrict or suspend website access when reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, rights, or lawful operations; respond to misuse or security concerns; comply with legal obligations; or discontinue functionality. This does not create a duty to monitor all activity or govern a separately contracted service.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Subject to non-waivable jurisdictional requirements, the governing venue is: King County, Washington.

Changes, severability, and no waiver

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the website, business practices, services, or legal requirements. The current version will display its last-updated date.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law, and the affected provision will be limited consistently with lawful intent. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not necessarily waive later enforcement.
